I have nothing but good things to say about The Roofing Company. When Shane came to my front door to introduce himself, he was very polite and professional. He showed me all of his credentials, tickets, and other paperwork to assure me that him and his company were a legitimate business. I had already received quotes and estimates from other companies but none of them came with the same professionalism as Shane. He gave me a very fair price, and explained to me everything that they would be doing on the day of the job. He also explained to me that the price that he gave me was final, so that if there was something that was needing to be done on the day of the job that was extra, that his company would cover the cost because he was the one who personally did the walk through and if something was missed, that was on him. He showed me all the products that they would be using and gave me addresses of past roofs that they had done so I could check them out. On the day of the job, the crew showed up at the time that they said they would be there and started work right away. I stayed home that day just to be around and check things out. These guys worked extremely hard all day and were all very friendly. All of the crew wore their PPE and fall arrest equipment. Everything went well all day with no issues and the final product was excellent. The roof looks better than I thought it ever could. Overall my experience with The Roofing Company was great. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to have their roof done! No complaints.

I can't say enough about this company. We got 5 different quotes from companies for our roof and Shane was the only one to actually get ON the roof to look at it. I could not be happier with the service, speed, quality and clean up after the work was complete. The singles were removed - repairs addressed and the new shingles were in place within the same day. The minor repairs to the brick work on the chimney were also addressed. The entire process was complete in only one day - it was remarkable. We are extremely please and very grateful for the quality roof The Roofing Company installed for us. We were instantly drawn to Shane’s individual and professional approach, every other company simply shoved a quote in our mailbox, whereas Shane came to the door to introduce himself and show his insurance first before assessing my property and then coming to the door to explain his business, the materials he uses and lastly his quote for the job. We felt that he was extremely knowledgeable and approachable and his quote was competitive and fair. When we made our decision, The Roofing Company was at our house a few days later patching the exposed wood on our roof and securing it so no more damage would be done before they could come and replace it. We were extremely grateful for that as it rained for a month straight afterwards! The weather was not our friend but Shane was always in contact with us, assuring us the roof would be done as soon as possible, and even offered a discount when we had to wait yet another week due to rain. When the day finally came the crew was here early and began work promptly, they finished the roof in one day and we couldn’t be more happy with the result! They were prompt and had the job knocked out in 2 days . A testament to their work and product they use ...6 days after putting on the new shingles was hit with that wind storm in late May with wind gusts registered at 127 km. They came out to check if any damage the next day and did not lose one shingle ... they had curled as not enough time to set ...yet did not come off AND did not curl to the point of cracking ...so none needed replacing .... Talk about a real live test of product and workmanship.... passed with flying colours ... the wind could not get those shingles off but put my daughters trampoline on my neighbors roof .... to me .... nothing more needs to be said... have the pics to prove it.... On top of that they were more then fair with their pricing ... would recommend them to any one .... Great job guys

I had a small repair job and had a very difficult time finding a contractor to come do the work. Three other contractors said they'd come to see and then no-showed. Luckily I found Shane who responded quickly, fit me in between bigger jobs, and did an outstanding job of matching the existing shingles. Many of my neighbors had repairs done from other contractors and their roofs look terrible. You wouldn't even know mine was repaired. The Roofing Company will be getting my roof replacement job when it comes up in a few years. Great communication, great quality of work, and great pricing. Five star for sure.
